We're proposing to establish an integrated recycling and energy precinct, the Advanced Resource Recovery Centre (the ARRC) on City-owned land near the existing Stapylton landfill site.
The ARRC will increase recovery of recyclable material, generate energy from residual waste and divert up 97% of landfill.
