Gold Coast CBD 2017

Consultation has concluded

Home to Gold Coast Chinatown, the CBD precinct is rich in cultural diversity with new Asian-inspired businesses, restaurants, and events like the Chinatown Street markets.

Gold Coast CBD is undergoing a transformation. More than $5 billion worth of investment in major projects, alongside the declaration of Southport as a Priority Development Area (PDA) is revitalising the CBD and giving rise to new commercial opportunities.

The City of Gold Coast is committed to creating a CBD that is truly unique for future generations to thrive and succeed and we need your feedback to help us do just that.

Have your say on our Gold Coast CBD and go in the draw for a chance to win a $400 voucher for the recently upgraded Australia Fair shopping centre or two double movie passes for Event Cinemas valued at $20 each. Terms and conditions apply.

Community engagement runs from 20 October to 6 November 2017.
