Local Law Amendment - Parks and Reserves 2015

Consultation has concluded.

The City of Gold Coast (City) is responsible for a network of high-quality parks, open spaces and recreational facilities throughout the Gold Coast.

The following Local Law Amendments have been recently proposed to:

  • provide for a commercial fitness trainers permit system;
  • assist the implementation of the City’s adopted Ocean Beaches Strategy 2013-2023;
  • clarify requirements and processes for commercial and City approved activities in parks; and
  • correct numbering and typographical errors.
