Consultation has concluded

The South-East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail Restructuring) Act 2009 specifies that the City of Gold Coast must review its Water Netserv Plan every five years. The City adopted its current Water and Sewerage Network Services Plan in September 2014.

Since this time, the City has amended the Water Netserv Plan (Part A) to:

  • Incorporate the Water Supply and Sewerage Infrastructure Plan 2019
  • Update the Connections Policy to include revised existing and future connection areas;
  • Update content to align with current City of Gold Coast templates, to incorporate updated asset information, and to reflect current strategies.

The City sought feedback on the amended Water Netserv Plan (Part A) from 9 September to 5pm 11 October 2019. The Water Netserv engagement report is now available.
