Have your say on the future of the Southport PDA: The Gold Coast’s CBD! 

The Southport Priority Development Area (PDA) Development Scheme commenced in 2014 after business and community consultation.

The City of Gold Coast (the City) is committed to achieving the Vision of the Southport PDA being a world-class centre for employment, community services, commerce and retail, offering a range of housing options within a highly desirable lifestyle to support delivery of Southport as the Gold Coast CBD.

We are reviewing the Southport PDA Development Scheme to ensure it remains current and we seeking your feedback to inform this review. 

  • What attracts you to the Gold Coast CBD?
  • What are the best ways to improve the CBD?
  • What areas should we focus on to make Southport PDA a world-class centre?

Tells us what you think to shape the future of our CBD and you could win a $500 EFTPOS voucher (terms and conditions apply).

How you can have your say:

  1. Complete our online survey which takes approximately 5 minutes to complete
